ABOUT THE MENU
Each dish highlights Razon’s culinary expertise. From freshly shucked oysters with nga yok chin and orange blossom granita and Filipino pork Hamonado with puffed rice and makrut to a rich and wonderfully aromatic Panang duck curry.
The evening ends on a spectacular sweet note with not one but two new desserts. Delight in Champorado with dark chocolate biko, rice ice cream and umami powder. Then finish with Maja Blanca sweet corn ice cream sandwich.
Thanks to our partner 7000 Islands, this menu comes paired with a selection of either wines or cocktails. Choose from exceptional ‘Oro Plata Mata’ small batch wines from the Yarra Valley, or cocktails featuring award-winning Ube Cream Liqueur.
