Executive Chef Christian Corpuz and the Miss Mi team are thrilled to unveil their latest menus for lunch and dinner, designed to embrace the summer season.
We couldn’t be more excited to take you on an all new, deliciously mesmerising journey through our favourite Asian regions… with some special twists and surprises along the way ?
Highlights include Fried Zucchini Flowers with Salted Duck Egg, Saigon Clams & Pipis, Hiramasa Kingfish with Sambal Matah, Ora King Salmon Coconut Curry, Pinakbet with Lechon Kawali and a wonderfully succulent Wagyu MB9+ Beef Satay with Soy Egg.
Those who love Miss Mi’s famous kangaroo satay skewers need not fear – the restaurant’s signature dishes and famous desserts will be staying on the menu.
“Showcasing the unique ingredients and complex flavours is all part of our philosophy at Miss Mi. We focus on authentic aromatics and spices, with our sauces, curries and sambals all made in-house. This summer we’re working with some exciting local suppliers including Caviars from Yarra Valley Caviar and fresh seafood. I hope our new and regular guests will love exploring the new menu,” said Corpuz.
Immediately adjacent to Southern Cross Station, Miss Mi is open for dinner Tuesday to Saturday and lunch Wednesday to Friday.
