Start your evening with the rich and tangy Pork Hamonado, a festive Christmas dish with roots in Filipino culture, featuring a sticky pineapple glaze and crispy rice salad. Alongside this, dig into Chicken BBQ glazed with banana ketchup and served with smoked corn purée and kohlrabi achara. Another standout is Miss Mi’s Beef Rendang.
