This Lunar New Year in Melbourne, Miss Mi invites you to step into the Year of the Horse by enjoying a delicious celebration with a playful surprise. From 16 February to 3 March 2026, we will be welcoming the new year with a special Lunar New Year dining experience and fun prizes.

At the heart of the celebration will be a Lunar New Year set menu, crafted by Chef Migo Razon and inspired by Southeast Asian flavours. Designed for sharing, the menu reflects the spirit of the season with bold flavours and twists on tradition, created to bring friends and family together.

Hidden within our Lunar New Year desserts will be a small number of lucky coins. One gold coin and two silver coins will be discreetly tucked away, ready to be discovered by the three lucky winners. If you discover the gold coin, you will win the ultimate Lunar New Year prize, a Gastronomy Package voucher which includes a one night stay for two at Mövenpick Hotel Melbourne, a $50 dining credit to use at Miss Mi or Mövenpick Cafe, your choice of dessert from Mövenpick Cafe, and buffet breakfast. Find a silver coin and you will take home a $100 Miss Mi dining voucher. Even better, all winners get to keep their coins as a keepsake from the celebration.
