Starting with Chef Migo’s Grilled Tamarind Chicken Roll, which is packed with juicy flame-grilled chicken breast brushed with a tangy-sweet tamarind glaze. Served in a crusty roll with green papaya salad and creamy house made aioli, it’s the perfect balance of sweet, sour and salty.
And don’t miss Chef Duncan Lu’s Vietnamese Popcorn Chicken. A flavour bomb of crispy fried chicken bites, seasoned with umami-packed anchovy salt and sweet chilli sauce for dipping.
